The Consorzio Tutela Provolone Valpadana was a partner of the Fondazione Ente dello Spettacolo for the entire duration of the 2023 edition of the Venice Film Festival.
From 31 August to 9 September, the PDO cheese was the protagonist of the events organised by the Ente dello Spettacolo at the Hotel Excelsior on the Venice Lido, an exclusive meeting place for the best talents of international cinema, where the profound and authentic bond that unites lovers of art-house films and lovers of quality food was celebrated.
Here, in the beating heart of the Festival, where more than 200 people pass by every day, including actors, directors, journalists and celebrities from the star system, Provolone Valpadana PDO offered a taste experience through tasting itineraries that tell of its character depth and its dual soul: sweet and spicy.
